Employer Balance Guide

The platform is currently free to use, and you will receive virtual credits to access its features. In the future, there may be a fee to use the platform in order to cover maintenance costs.

To manage your account and credits effectively, here is a breakdown of how balance is credited, debited, and utilized on our platform:

Credit Actions:

  • Adding a new employee to your account will earn you 1 Coin.
  • Writing a review for an existing employee also rewards you with 1 Coin.
  • Sending an offer to an employee likewise grants you 1 Coin.

Credit Coins can be used to:

  • Coins in your account can be used to access various features:
  • You can use 1 Coin to view an employee's profile.
  • 1 Coin allows you to access an employee's review.
  • Detailed employee offer details can also be unlocked with 1 Coin.

Debit Actions:

  • Each time you view an employee's profile, 1 Coin is deducted from your balance.
  • Viewing an employee's profile, review, or offer details will have a validity of 1 year. After this period, you will need to use another Coin to access these features.
  • If you wish to edit a review you have added, it can only be done within 2 months of its submission.

Note: When you add employees, write reviews, or send offers, you accumulate Coins, and using them wisely will help you efficiently manage your employer account. You can view the same profile as many times as needed within a year, and make sure to edit your reviews within the 2-month timeframe if required.
